We offer 10 minutes of free tech support per unit per day. After the first 10 minutes the cost will be $1.00 per minute with a $20.00 minimum charge.
Please understand that our value to you comes as a result of 2 factors:
A) Our education and experience with the product.
B) The information we obtain from the caller concerning the issue being presented.
Our answers to you will always be and are based on the combination of those 2 elements and will lead us to the most probable cause and solution for the problem being presented. The information we provide will always be a suggestion and it will be up to the calling person to decide if they want to follow the suggestion and or purchase the suggested parts.
Warranty on parts will be 90 days from the date of shipment. If we require a part to be returned under the warranty we will issue a call tag to cover the return shipping.
PLC Upgrade Kits will have a 1 year warranty from date of shipment (Begins with orders placed after 2/26/15).
Any parts returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
Electrical parts will be shipped sealed with security tape. If the customer wants to return an electrical part, it must be returned with the seal intact. If it is not intact there will not be any credit issued. If the part is to be returned to the customer the shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
